Red Ribbon Club(RRC)

Red Ribbon Club is a movement started by the Government of India in schools and colleges through which, students will spread awareness over HIV / AIDS. Educate youth with correct, concise and adequate information and heighten their level of awareness about HIV/AIDS/STI/sexuality and other related issues.

The main objective of the volunteers and to living a change in the village folk by educating them in various spheres of life. Based on the problems of the village, priority and efforts are undertaken by the NSS volunteers to minimize the problems of the Village.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

  • To create awareness about HIV/AIDS to the student community and general public
  • To propagate proper information regarding HIV/AIDS
  • To strengthen the basic moral values among student communities.
  • To emphasis more on healthy recreational practices –Yoga, Meditation, Sports, Games and Spirituality.

  • Health & Hygiene.
  • Women Empowerment programme.
  • School Health programmes.
  • Strengthening the self-help groups and youth clubs.
  • Providing consultancy services like Free legal aid, Dental camp, Consumer awareness, Disaster management, First aid, Disability awareness, AIDS awareness, etc.,
